When you receive your items, you have 30 days to send it back to us if you would like to Return for refund. If they don't fit you may return them. You must have proof of purchase, a Confirmation Order Email or your Order Number.


Your returned item needs to be received by us within 30 days of you receiving your item(s). Items must be UNWASHED, UNWORN, and in their ORIGINAL CONDITION. We will not accept returns for items that show signs of wear or tear.

All returns must be sent back in their original packaging along with the original packaging slip. If you are returning a hat and no longer have the original packaging, please purchase an 8"x8"x8" box or larger to avoid any damage. (If you have lost your packing slip, please include your Email Confirmation, or a paper with your Order Number.)


Items returned to us improperly will not be processed.

All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty or the wrong item.


UPLIFTED MINDZ is not responsible for items damaged, stolen, or lost in the mail.

**Please contact UPLIFTEDMINDZ@GMAIL.COM for our Return Address, and we will issue a refund once the Return has been delivered. **


**NO Exchanges on items WASHED, WORN, or ALTERED. No Exchanges on One of A Kind pieces (UpliftedMindCaps). We can issue a refund or store credit, then you can purchase another item in exchange, after we have received original item.
